Description of works:
We played a major part of the UK’s first Passivhaus standard ultra-low carbon leisure centre, designed to save up to 70% on annual energy costs. We worked closely with everyone involved to achieve exceptional levels of thermal performance.

Additional work on site involved installing fire rated sleeves on various services.
All plant areas required a aluminium metal clad.
