Description of works:
This 11-storey building required a complete refurbishment which inevitably created challenges throughout construction. A one pipe system was installed on the hot water and so required heat maintenance trace heating with individual stat controllers on each floor.

Phenolic insulation was required on all services throughout with isogenopak cladding within the plantroom.
