Description of Works:
The project, to transform the former retail unit on Moor Lane, involved a huge amount of work to convert the 36,000 sq ft empty space into a fully functioning hospital – complete with 120 beds.
RDA provided insulation to all mechanical, heating and plumbing including installation of HWATT and frost protection tracer cable to services from plantroom, through external distribution routes, including external plant areas, corridors, ceilings and risers
Despite the challenges presented by the coronavirus crisis, RDA worked closely with staff at contractor T Clarke and BAM to ensure the work was completed in time.
